Group travel
Dear Client!
It is possible to apply for reservation of seats in passenger trains for organized groups of passengers and organized groups of children on the website bilet.railways.kz in accordance with the rules of “General rules on rail transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo-luggage” approved by the order of the Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 30.04.2015 No.545 (memo for the Client – an extract from the Rules is attached).
Organized group of passengers – a group of at least 10 (ten) passengers traveling to one destination in one passenger train, including in wagons of various categories.
Organized group of children – an organized group of passengers consisting of children under the age of 15 (fifteen) years, accompanied by at least one responsible adult for 10 (ten) children and one medical worker for a group of children.
Applications are submitted from individuals and legal entities, according to the samples “Passenger Application”, “Passenger List” and sent to one of the following email addresses.
Samples of the application, the list for filling and attachment in Excel format, a memo for the Client are attached.
