Where can you buy tickets and from what time does the sale opens?

Tickets can be purchased through the following sales channels;

- the official website of JSC "NC" KTZh "- www.bilet.railways.kz;

-mobile application "Tickets KTZ" Android;

- third party sites;

- cash desks at railway stations;

- agent cash desks;

-automated cash systems (terminals) at railway stations;

-terminals Qiwi, Kassa 24;

- post offices of Kazpost JSC;

 

Electronic travel documents (tickets) are executed on the site from the date of opening of sales for destination, 45 days 07:00 a.m. before train departure for passenger trains of international and intrarepublican traffic, and 10 days for passenger trains of suburban traffic, and not later than 1 hour before train departure from initial station.

How is a ticket purchased through a mobile application?

You need to download the application in the Play market (Android). You can enter the application using your account at bilet.railways.kz. 

What if there is no ticket office at the station?

In the absence of a ticket office at the station, tickets can be purchased on the website bilet.railways.kz, as well as on other ticketing wesites.

Also, it is allowed to issue tickets by a train conductor on suburban trains, with the exception of high-comfort carriages, as well as in common carriages of passenger trains.

The purchased e-ticket is not sent to your email address.

You need to check the "spam" folder.

You can also check and print tickets through your personal account.
