Portal update
Hello, dear passengers! We have already released a lot of updates, held several competitions and are very grateful to you for being there. We are not sitting still, and the development team of our portal is working every day to improve the site. Here are our regular updates:
- An error was removed when entering the RF passport, now you just need to enter 10 numbers from the passport (series + number);
- Correct display of the reserved seat. Prior to this, the side space did not show whether it is upper or lower.
- Added a page with polls. We will add various polls related to the operation of our portal or JSC "KTJ" as a whole. You will learn about each survey through social networks, and, of course, through the news section on our website. Do not hesitate.
- Big update: banking processing page. Yes, yes, this is the very page of payment, on which you get after our site, confirming the purchase. We made it completely adaptive, i.e. appearance will adapt to the screen. It does not matter whether you want to buy tickets for sitting at the computer screen, or from the phone at a convenient time. All necessary travel information is also displayed on the page, so you can again check the correctness of the entered data and make sure that you have chosen the right places. And that is not all. Do not be confused by the inscription "Halyk Bank", the bilet.railways.kz portal accepts payment by any cards. A modern technological solutions "Halyk Bank" are engaged in processing the data necessary for the commission of a successful transaction.
Using the work of our development team, an improved banking transaction system was implemented, or rather, an additional control point was added to avoid excesses due to the purchase of a ticket.
